Account Mall collects only the information reasonably needed to operate customer accounts, verify top-ups, fulfil orders, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Information we collect
- Account information such as username and email address.
- Order details, product quantities, wallet balance, and transaction history.
- Top-up method, amount, transaction ID, and uploaded payment proof.
- Support communications and Telegram contact interactions initiated by you.
- Technical and security information normally recorded by WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, cookies, and security services, such as IP address, browser, and login events.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate customers, review payments, deliver credentials securely, send transactional notices, provide support, detect fraud, maintain records, and improve reliability. We do not email digital credentials; they remain available only to the authenticated customer in My Orders.
Sharing
Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, analytics, and communication providers only as needed to operate the service. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate fraud. We do not sell customer personal information.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for transactions, disputes, fraud prevention, backups, and legal obligations. We use access controls and reasonable security measures, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
